  Well maintained . One can have fun by helicopter ride. Most supportive staffs and pilot is very nice.

  We were told by one of the staff that if we want to sit in the front row, we have to wait for which we said OK. we waited about 1.5 hours and later the staff present mentioned that they don't have enough people or booking, so they cannot fly and wont honor the booking made.

  Even after explaining them that we have come from Sydney and its our Anniversary, they did not care and at the end (when came to closing time), I had to ask to Refund. I got the refund but not even once the staff cared or understood our situation.

  We did the 15 mins helicopter ride to London Bridge and got to see the 8 Apostles (apparently there were never 12) and then 2 sets of sister rocks (which is probably why they count it as 12?). I’ve been here like 3 times before and I did not know this until our wonderful pilot said so. Lovely ground crew and pilot. The chopper carries 7 passengers at one time and the water looks absolutely stunning from top. A bit pricey but again it’s a one-off thing. Would be nice if they did deals!

  I'd recommend going in the off season. Flight was fantastic, and the pilot's stories were great.

  Great views and reasonably priced but will like to see it more cheaper so locals can fly often.

  I went to Melbourne for our Anniversary and my wife booked us the Helicopter ride on our anniversary date to celebrate but it all went to BAD experience.
